All-Inclusive Tour of Volendam, Marken, Edam and Windmills

Tour Info: We depart from Amsterdam and take you on a scenic drive through the beautiful countryside of the Netherlands. Our first stop is Marken, a small fishing town renowned for preserving traditional Dutch culture. Our tour includes a visit to a wooden shoemaker, where you can see a craftsman busy at work. Aboard the Marken Express we continue our journey to Volendam. We treat you to a cup of coffee and a tasty pastry. Enjoy this relaxing ride and view of the IJssel lake. When we arrive in Volendam, you have free time to explore this Dutch fishing village or even take a picture of yourself in traditional Volendam costume. We meet together for a delicious lunch at a restaurant along the dike.Our next stop is a gem in the heart of North Holland, Edam, famous for its cheese,including cheese tasting. Walk the cobblestone streets and gaze upon the quaint homes and bridges along Edams canals.We continue our scenic countryside drive until we arrive at Zaanse Schans, with its magnificent collection of historic windmills, preserved since the 18th century. Our tour includes a visit to one of the windmills, where you can explore the inside and discover the importance of this Dutch icon.
Includes: Coach, guide, visit to a wooden shoemakers shop and a traditional windmill, a boat ride on the IJssel lake with a cup of coffee and pastry. Lunch at a local restaurant on Volendams Dike and cheese tasting in Edam.
